If so, do you use a third party vendor or a proprietary system?

Not yet, but I think we will start down that path soon. We will likely use a third party vendor (if I had to guess).

My CU still uses paper forms, but online is the way to go, especially if you’re trying to hit that younger demographic.

Soon! We’re changing the in-branch system, and then a version of that goes to the web about a month afterwards. (Exact dates escape me now.) We’re using a 3rd-party vendor. I’m actually excited about it. :)
