What are you using for loan documents? We are evaluating Compliance One (GulfPak) and LaserPro.

Great question and the compliance docs are being reviewed by my bank too. We use some LaserPro now.

Let me share a little more. We have been using Gulf Pak for years and have been happy with it. Wolters Kluwer aquired GulfPak with American Bank Systems. Instead of continuing our annual maintenance which has been a small percentage of the purchase price we will be required to buy the product under Wolters Kluwer at a discounted price which is still several times the maintenance. From the demo the frontend looks almost identical to the GulfPak version we are on now. In fairness the new package does support new modules at a cost that will give customers more options. In our case we already have those pieces. What is your opinion on intellectual property aquisitions that demand a full repurchase from the new owner?
David G.
Personally, I think the new owners are screwing you. Time to find a new vendor.

We use streamline (Jack Henry) with Wolters Kluwer forms -

Would you recommend Wolters Kluwer, are you satisfied with the product and service?
Thanks for the info..

I have another question related to this. Are you integrating the loan origination platform for ComplianceOne into your core? We recently converted to Metavante for our core and have just received notice that the interface for C1 is available.
We have used WK (and Bankers Systems) for a number of years and it is a solid product. I would highly recommend you check on integration before you make a committment.
