What information are you including in the enrollment disclosures?
We have electronic statements on our Internet Banking site available to the customers. Soon, we will be providing check images to them, also.
We do offer e-statements complete with images. I’ve heard of some FIs charging for continued paper statements.
I’m developing disclosures for the enrollment process, and I’m coming up with a general idea of what is needed. Any suggestions?
