Is anyone going to this years Deluxe Knowledge Exchange? The dates are 9/9, 9/29, 10/22, and 11/6. I am thinking about attending the 9/29 show in New York City.
Also, if anybody went to any in the past, I would like to hear about your experiences too.
This years topic is how you can deepen connections between your customers and your employees. It sounds like they will be touching on loyalty and engagement.

I attended one of the regional events near Philly last year.
The event was top notch. Great speakers, solid content, tons of attendees and of course a great price (free)...only cursory mention of solutions they offer, I really didn’t feel like I was being sold anything.
I am planning on attending the 9/29 event in NYC as well and am hopeful it will prove as useful.
