Recommendation for training/conferences (PacNW)?

I’m being encouraged to find some credit union-specific events that I can attend, and having a hard time finding something relevant. I’m the webmaster for a credit union, NO financial background prior to starting here 1 1/2 yrs ago.
WA League marketing events seemed geared more to print, tech events to non-web technology; most of the other training is for folks actually doing financial stuff. Would probably be difficult to get approval for anything outside of the Pacific NW unless inexpensive and/or incredibly useful.
Ideas? Suggestions?
(Last year I went to WebVisions in Portland, earlier this year to SxSW Interactive in Austin. Both great, but not CU-specific.)

Man, wish I knew you were at SXSWi this last year, I was too!
This isn’t PacNW but the Forum Symposium is a pretty awesome CU event.
Otherwise, you might try out the BarcampBank site for events your way. At least they’ll be more finance driven but not necessarily CU.

This is a bit of a departure from the original question. We are going to Tech Mecca and I wanted to know what other technology-centric events there are for community banks. Any ideas, past experiences, etc., are appreciated.
