Is your FI prepared to help Boomers?

I found this article earlier regarding the need to help Boomers prepare for retirement as many are uneasy about their plans for the future. Does your FI have any good programs in order to help the Boomers make the move to retirement?

I’d also be interested to know if your FI has put as much effort into plans for Boomers as you have in trying to reach Gen Y.
