Hey Dave…friending up reminded me I had not responded this.
I have not come across any other JHA banks that runs 360 view but I gotten from a pretty reliable source that the integration may be an issue to make the system work as needed. I feel pretty strongly that to really make a CRM solution function properly it needs to be fully integrated into the core and other ancillary pieces.
As I mentioned, there are a number of CRM system that work but it takes a top down commitment to be successful.
