I’ve got an account set up for myself at work and also for our company.

I use my account to listen in on the credit union and FI industry and our company account to publish items about us or things we want to communicate out to clients. I still need to put together a good communication plan for our company’s use of Twitter, but I do see it as a valuable communication channel and think that it will become more widely used as time goes on.

Ha! No, not so much. I have a personal account, and I use tweetscan to listen for complaints or comments about my bank. Contacting those customers isn’t my job, I pass the comments on to the right people.

I use it, but I’m the only one at my CU that uses it. I use it to keep up with happenings around the credit union industry.

I have a personal account on Twitter. I live scan for my banks name for monitoring and I use Tweetscan for my bank and a few other FIs I track. I have reserved a name for using twitter. Other than that there is no actual use of Twitter.

Not as a CU, but we have several that use it personally.

I have one for myself which has become a hybrid of the company and personal.

I find the service incredibly helpful and an awesome research tool.
