We just finished deploying Opening Act. It seems to be a straightforward product, although I don’t think they have all the bugs for rollout resolved yet. We are only doing savings accounts right now for our initial implementation.

Sure, let me gather my thoughts – and talk to our EBanking officer – and I will update…

I have worked with two different solutions and reviewed many including uMonitor, Andera and CashEdge (about 12-18 months ago) My experience with Andera over the last 18 months has been great, nice user experience and flexible design in terms of implementation, great people and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. We have rolled this out for web for new members and for call center. I have participated in several CU implementations.

My company (Aite Group) did a case study on Alliant CU’s implementation of Andera. What do you want to know?

Ron, I am interested in learning more about Opening Act. If I find out that one of my competitors is using Andera I will contact you.

We actually have Andera at our bank. From what I’ve seen, I’ve been very impressed with the company. At one point, I think we were one of their largest customers. So I think some of our requests have actually shaped some of their functionality.

@Andy – Sorry it took so long to get back to you, just spoke with our EBanking Officer. Well, turns out that we have not rolled the product out yet. (Good thing they keep IT in the loop, they canceled the May 5th date) -

Our initial project manager has left the core vendor, and we believe that we are on track now. There wasn’t much on our side to configure, but the biggest challenge is that the system can work 2 ways - 1 – Dump to a work queue and someone manually enters the data into new accounts or 2 – Automated process to dump directly to core.

We opted to go with manual review and savings accounts only to verify that the product is working as expected. All of this was laid out and ready for deployment, I think our project leader leaving is the reason for the delay – stay tuned, I will make sure to give you updates when AND IF I get them.

@Andy— We are an Andera customer and have been very happy with their service. The service from our core processor on the other hand stinks and we’ve been fighting many roadblocks in the project. Andera is great to work with though.
