What are all of you doing to communicate with your customers? There are so many great ways to connect with your customers without having to see them or call them, so what are you doing? Does your company have a blog? A Twitter account? An online community? Anything else? Is it successful or struggling?
I’m just very interested in knowing the methods that you all are using. Hopefully those looking to implement a way to connect with their customers online can catch a glimpse of what others are doing.

Our company communicates over a variety of channels: email, webinars, phone, face-to-face, our website, our blog and our Twitter account.
Our website is in the middle of being revamped and one of the new sections will be a client extranet, which will streamline a lot of the communication we do currently. Clients will be able to login and receive information.

pushin’ for a blog. wish me luck! (receptive so far). Considering permission-based e-mails as well. Other than that, simply the website plus quarterly newsletter.
