I agree with Mark re Google sites. I am SO NOT an HTML person, and Google sites makes it really easy with their WYSIWYG editor. Dokuwiki had some strange formatting issues that kept coming up and became very frustrating to use. Google sites allows you to edit HTML if you know it, but you can still have a very slick polished look without using it in that way. Check it out!

We have used DokuWiki in the past but are migrating to Google Sites. Doku wiki was ok, but we are really starting to dig Google Sites.
Also, there are a couple of intranet/wiki conversations going one elsewhere in Banktastic you might want to checkout as well.
