I like this because, I rarely carry cash…but why would Southwest not take cash at all? I understand people get tired of hearing “Does anyone have change for a $10”, but is it worth it to have to pay for all the swipe machines, training, and handling of cards? And what about my folks who still hate to use credit/debit cards?
