I’m sure that the economy might have an effect on bank robberies. Lots of desperate people has to lead to lots of desperate actions.

My favorites from the article are “Fashionable Felon” and “Visine Villain”. What would be your bank robber nickname?

My nickname would be the “Chatty Criminal” because I’m extremely long-winded. :)

What about you, Mr. LaFlamme?!

I did a quick check on our Bank Robbery Alerts page and found that there have been 21 robberies since the first of June. Now keep in mind that we pull a newsfeed searching for specific terms, so these are just robberies that had media coverage.

I was absolutely staggered by the number of robberies that occur on a daily basis, and it is one of the sections on Bankwide we are working hard to fine-tune.

Aiden, that’s a pretty nifty section of Bankwide. I’m glad to see you’re able to keep up with that statistic, even though it’s looking pretty bad so far this year.

I would be the “Flashy Fiend” and dazzle the tellers with a dance routine as I approached the line :)

Andy,

Okay, so here’s what I’m thinking: why not record your flashy robbery dance and send it in to The CU Scoop? I think that’d send our views through the roof. :)

And then we’ll take that video clip and turn it in to the producers of “America’s Got Talent.”
