Very cool concept. I love how they showed lots of cool integration without drawn out verbal descriptions. My favorite part was when the guy looks at the window and sees the auto loan ad, clicks more info. The arrow then points him in the right direction and the system notifies the person at the desk what he was just looking at so they can be ready right off the bat.

What I loved the most about the video was that the members/customers were all serving themselves and appeared to be banking on their own terms. If they didn’t need help, they weren’t bothered, and if they needed to talk to someone, that person was available to assist them.

I also dug the part about the girl in the beginning being tied to her bank via her mobile device. I think mobile banking will easily be a huge component of everyone’s banking experience in the future.
