It’d be interesting to see the effect this move has on the amount of new service subscriptions for Time Warner.
It was interesting to read in the AP article that only about 5% of the subscribers take up almost half of the cable line capacity. I guess they’re in the right with this being one of the fairest ways to pay for their infrastructure.
