That is such a shame. However, that was a really great graphic they assembled to show the difference in salaries. It really put things into perspective.
You know what, if the CEO started the company, I have no problem with them having a huge salary. Since they took the risk of stepping out on their own, I think they should reap most of the benefits. Now, if the CEO was hired, then I have issue. You can look at professional sports teams. The bulk of the money is made by the talent, not the coach (COO) or general manager/president (CEO).
